1. Introduction

RentlynQ provides LinkedIn account rental and management services designed to help businesses run outreach and automation campaigns safely and effectively.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to follow all applicable usage policies outlined below.

2. Services Offered

RentlynQ offers the following services:

• LinkedIn Account Rental: High-quality, aged, and pre-warmed LinkedIn profiles ready for automation and outreach use.
• Account Setup & Support: Access delivery through GoLogin profiles, proxy setup, and ongoing assistance.
• Sales Navigator Add-ons: Optional LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscriptions available monthly or quarterly.

All accounts are rented and managed solely for business use, in compliance with platform and local laws.

3. Account Rental Terms

• You agree to use RentlynQ accounts only for lawful business activities.
• All rented accounts must follow LinkedIn's acceptable use policies and our warm-up guidelines shared at the time of onboarding.
• Any misuse, aggressive automation, or spamming voids replacement eligibility and permanently terminates access.
• All accounts remain property of RentlynQ or its partners. You are renting limited usage rights only - no ownership or transfer rights are conferred.

4. User Responsibilities

By using RentlynQ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
• Avoid using rented profiles for spam, fake connections, impersonation, or unlawful activities.
• Follow the gradual warm-up schedule and safety instructions provided.
• Accept full responsibility for campaign results and third-party platform outcomes.

RentlynQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed on RentlynQ.com and may change at any time without prior notice.
• Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of booking or subscription.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome, platform action, or user decision.
• By subscribing or paying, you agree that no chargebacks or disputes will be initiated under any circumstances.

6. Refund Policy

To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our systems:

• RentlynQ operates a strict no-refund policy.
• Refunds are not provided for:
  • Account restrictions caused by misuse or automation behavior.
  • User errors during setup or connection.
  • Platform changes or feature limitations outside RentlynQ's control.
• In rare verified cases of account restriction during compliant use, RentlynQ offers a replacement account at its discretion.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RentlynQ, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented accounts or automation tools.
• This includes (but is not limited to) account bans, campaign losses, downtime, or third-party suspensions.
• Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentlynQ, its founders, employees, and partners against any losses, damages, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service.
• Violation of LinkedIn or third-party platform policies.
• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

9. Usage Disclaimer for Automation

• You acknowledge that LinkedIn automation may violate LinkedIn's official Terms of Service.
• RentlynQ assumes no liability for platform actions taken against rented accounts or user-owned tools.
• Clients are fully responsible for the tools, settings, and behavior linked to their rented profiles.

10. Account Safety & Compliance

To ensure safety and long-term usability:

• A warm-up phase is mandatory before heavy automation.
• Clients must comply with daily activity limits shared by RentlynQ.
• Failure to follow these protocols may lead to restriction or removal without eligibility for replacement.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

• All profiles, content, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of RentlynQ.
• Renting does not transfer ownership, rights, or control of any profiles or underlying data.
• Unauthorized duplication, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12. Cancellation & Termination

12.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel anytime by emailing support@rentlynq.com or contacting the founder directly.

Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again
• No prorated refunds are provided

12.2 RentlynQ-Initiated Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:

• You misuse or abuse the rented accounts
• You violate LinkedIn's policies
• You fail to follow warming instructions
• You attempt to claim ownership of rented accounts
• Payment fails or remains outstanding
• Any suspicious or high-risk activity is detected

No refund will be provided in such cases.

13. Age & Eligibility

Our services are intended strictly for users aged 18 years or older. By using RentlynQ, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect limited data necessary for delivering services — including your name, email, and account details. All data is handled securely and never sold or shared with third parties. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications to Terms

RentlynQ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. All updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to RentlynQ services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
